Letters to the Editor

In this world of “doom and gloom," when something good happens you feel you want to comment about it!

My elderly husband was driving his Taurus Wagon on Barksdale Road and had a puncture.

He started to get the spare from the back of the car when a motorcyclist named Jay from the Fair Hill area stopped and asked if he could help.

He took over and did everything for my husband. He would not accept anything for his kindness.

We are extremely grateful for what he did, and we will pass this kindness on one way or another!

And it is nice to know there are still angels around!
