To meet eligibility requirements for the Dean’s List, a student must be enrolled full-time and earn a GPA of 3.33 or above (on a 4.0 scale) for the semester.

Kyle Gimmy, a rising sophomore physics and mathematics major at Dickinson College, has been named to the Dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester. A graduate of Bohemia Manor High School, he is the son of John and Debra Gimmy of Chesapeake City.

Maura Clare Muldoon, of Elkton, was named to The University of Alabama Dean’s List for spring 2019. To be named to the Dean’s List, a student needs an academic record of 3.5 or above.

Camille Brown has been named to the spring 2019 Dean’s list at University of the Sciences. Selection for this award is based on completing and passing all assigned courses with no grade below a “C” and attaining an academic average of at least 3.4 for courses taken in the spring of 2019. Brown, of Charlestown, is a biomedical sciences student.

Nikolaus Smith, of Port Deposit, and Devon Wilson, of Rising Sun, were named to the Hood College Dean’s List for spring 2019.

Karina R. Tramont, of Elkton, made the Dean’s list for the spring 2019 semester at DeSales University. To qualify for Dean’s list, a student must have a minimum 3.25 GPA.

Elkton resident Cortni Potts has been named to the Dean’s list at James Madison University for the spring 2019 semester. Students who earn Dean’s list honors must carry at least 12 graded credit hours and earn a GPA of between 3.5 and 3.899. Potts is majoring in sociology.

Nicole Marie Collins, of Chesapeake City, was named to the Oklahoma State University Dean’s list for spring 2019.

Ashley Hum, of Perryville, who is in the criminal justice program; and Sara Chambers, of Earleville, who is in the interior design program; made the Dean’s list at Rochester Institute of Technology for the 2019 spring semester. Degree-seeking undergraduate students are eligible for Dean’s list if their term GPA is greater than or equal to 3.400; they do not have any grades of “Incomplete”, “D” or “F”; and they have registered for, and completed, at least 12 credit hours.

Jillian Merbach, of Elkton, an interactive multimedia major, has earned the esteemed honor of placement on the Dean’s list at The College of New Jersey for the spring 2019 semester. To achieve this honor, a student must carry 12 or more credits that semester and earn a 3.5 (or above) GPA.
