I currently own the remainder of a farm ( small -30 acres ) that has been in the family since 1950 (starting out as 112 acres). The land is being farmed; however, it is not large enough to be a working dairy again. When the current farmer can no longer till the land what can I do with just 30 acres?

I don't feel the state or county should be able to tell the small land owner what they can do with their land.
